Sinderos

I'm starting day 5 and am dragging really bad. I feel physically drained. Last night I had some muscle cramps in my feet. Also some muscle twitching in general. I read it could be dehydration or electrolytes out of balance.

Today I'm going to focus on drinking more water and tonight I'm going to skip the 1/2 Ativan I've been taking before bed. (Night time is when the anxiety is worse and it helps me sleep.) I think the meds may be contributing to the drained feeling. Guess I will see tomorrow.

I'm not feeling like being an adult today. I wish I could go home, surf the internet, watch Netflix and play with my dogs. However that's impossible. Lol

Hope you have a good day 5 sinderos! I'd warn against googling what ails you, you'll find all kinds of bad information and things to scare you, I have dealt with health anxiety and Dr. Google is your worst enemy!

I was addicted to booze, Ativan and Valium for many years.
Gave up drinking a few times but, kept taking my pills.
In my case -- this was not being truly sober.
Once I stopped taking everything -- I was on the path to recovery.

The Ativan was prescribed by my Dr 7 months ago. I've had the same bottle this whole time. I only use it when needed. So far in the evenings I've only taken 1/2 of a pill to lessen the anxiety and sleeplessness that goes along with withdrawals. I definitely do not have any intention of taking it long term.

Thank you! My day did go well. At the moment I am getting a much needed pedicure. Then I will grab a bite to eat then go home to my fur babies.
