DOUBLE DIGITS........ DAY 10......... Thank you to all the wonderful people here who helped me get to the double digits.... already signed on for another 24 hours of sobriety!!!! Funny I think I'm becoming addicted to counting the days sober...... I'll take that over the bottle anyday

Woke up feeling a bit run down this afternoon, I work nights so this is my morning, I'm looking forward to the weekend off so I can take it easy. I'm sure as time goes by the run down feeling will lessen, I have to remember I'm still in early phase and that I have to be patient and give my body time to do its thing.

Our bodies are used to relying on booze calories for quick energy...now they have to rewire to deal with actual...wait for it...nutrients
