1st post however as part of my rebirth to life and sobriety I'm committed to becoming an active member of the sober society online and in person as my former practices have not worked so I will use the things that did work add more to them and use the ones I didn't to keep what I continue to give away....

I have a few solid months under my belt however not being new to sobriety having had a few years several times before trading them in for more experience and lessons in what not to do...I'm appreciative that I'm here and thankful for the lessons I have learned for without them I wouldn't be who I am nor know what I should not do...constant presence = perseverance...thank you for creating and sustaining this site/forum and best to everyone in your own path...I hope to some day become a contributing member but for now will read, listen and offer my own experiences where applicable...

Remember....we are free to choose but not free from the circumstance of our choices...
