Congrats on your Sobriety ... again

My only question on the 'slip' ... How'd Ya Do It?

More important, which is really a reflection on my long time of slippin & struggling, is How Ya Gonna NOT Do It the Next Time that ..'shadow self' .. slips-in the impulse to drink? The old things are goin good, a drink would make me feel better or F- them , or F-it , or just the silent Automatic Behavior .

Just sayin - for ME it took workin a Program, and when I was Sober (especially when I was Sober) it took Workin a Program, and now that I have over 2 years Sobriety, to KEEP Sober and in a SAFE state of Living Life Well - it takes ME Daily Workin a Program.
