Nine months sober

Last week I picked up my nine month chip at a meeting. These days I am really pushing myself to stay sober and strong. I am taking things a day at a time. It hurts a lot right now but I know I am strong. This site is a great reaource.

Congrats on 9+ months!! That is amazing and so inspiring!! I am sorry it hurts now, but am sure things will improve. So excited for your milestone!

It has been a strange time. My ex got back into the program and is sober but it feels the same. I wish I could move and start over in a small town where no one knows me. At a meeting earlier tonight everyone shared about their higher power.
