Day 10 and this unfit fatty went to the gym
So tomorrow's day 11., and I'm still feeling determined. I saw my GP today who was kind and complimentary and gave me lots of advice. We agreed she would sign me off for another 2-3 months and then depending how things were going I would start looking for a proper job.
I decided to go for a static bike ride at the gym tonight - it was tough but fun. I like the self respect we give ourselves by doing the right thing.
Gp said weight will just start falling off me now. I'm going for a meal tomorrow and over the weekend need to do a proper plan of what activity, be it excersice, AA or whatever I am doing when.
For all those just starting a better life remember one day at a time,

Congrats on day 10!! That is an amazing accomplishment. And extra kudos for the gym! I find if I push myself I sleep so much better and feel more energized the next day. Thanks for posting. Gives me motivation to get my butt in gear.
