Roll on day 9
So that's day 8 out of the way, have lost 6lbs in the last 8 days even though I've been eating more. My milestone is 32 days as once I've hit that it will be the longest I've been sober in 30 years.
Still got an annoying headache and seeing Gp on Thursday as my legs are killing me at night time - a sort of burning. It may be connected with other physical conditions I have so we will see.
Still sleeping 12- 14 hours a day just not at the right time. Feeling quite proud of myself.
