This one helped me tremendously

I just found this one on YouTube and it helped me tremendously in multiple ways. I did the exercise as it was described, kind of. Somewhere in the flow of things I found that my brain is faster than I am.

It did the exercise on my thoughts about drinking.

It's pretty funny and I got a lot more from it as well. Which is why I'd like to share.

Just so you know, there is some really, really, really mild use of explicit language in there. But so little, it wouldn't bother anyone I suppose.

Thank you so much for this video, Mike! I've studied the power of thoughts but didn't have a way to re-remember a thought. I always believe I can "think" my way through something. .....and overthinking is my biggest downfall!
