Seems far more logical to be cooking a bunch of clean, while foods for the week while sipping water or coffee rather than chugging beer or mixed drinks :-)
Today I made kale and black bean soup, cauliflower spinach bread, spaghetti squash with avocado/garlic/spinach guac as the sauce, and banana/oatmeal 'cookie' bites - all set to pack for the work week, provided I can keep my kids out of it all that long 😁

I've eaten relatively well for a while - actually the last few weeks I've let that slide a bit as my body adjusts (but have still lost six pounds - woo hoo :-) )... Quite often I'd drink instead of snack. If even have a mental dialogue about how id trade the snack I wanted for another beer because it was after all a lite beer. Stupid, stupid, stupid.
