Thanks Anna

A new thread - I read Rubys comments on the Boyzone/Westlife unholy alliance. In order to maintain the Anglo Irish Agreement we Brits are forbidden to post videos of Jedward so you will have to Google them

Sao, I just looked at Jedward now too. Oh, my. Just calling yourselves Jedward should be a criminal offense. I'm flushing my eyes and eardrums out with a bit of Florence + the Machine.

Holy smokes!!! Part tree? (No offense Mr. B!)

I missed so much being busy this week but I have had a good productive week. I feel great!

LB I think we should be good. I will make tomorrow's thread stand out. In fact I was sitting down to gather thoughts for the morning.

Did anyone see the 60 minutes on faceblindness??? I am trying to get in to work with the Dartmouth research team. I also made some very interesting connections with regard to that I will share on the new thread tomorrow.

Maybe we can check in on some of the new folks we saw last week see if they are doing ok.

I can tell you the amazing BIM is doing ok. No worries.

Have fun and see you later!!!!

This is one of my favorite Red Hot Chili Pepper songs and I just read that it confronts the battles an ex junkie has with their prior addiction. Who knew?

I would just like to apologise to great Britain and the rest of the world for releasing those horrendous twins upon the culture.

Lol!

Maybe the UK will go one better and enter the universally adored Piers Morgan as our Eurovision entry this year

Actually, was it not on a British programme, X FACTOR or something that made them famous? Not certain as branding irons would be needed to make me watch that show

Home for something to eat!
Good story Brain!

The funny store signs reminded me of China, I lived in a place called Yangshuo, many people came to visit because of its spectacular landscape, so they tried to put signs in English sometimes- called chinglish
(Type in chinglish in google images, they are bloody hilarious- never failed to delight me, take a look if you need a laugh)

Anyway, one store was called " wank- a- long"
On another menu they were boasting " gang bang soup" haha!
No idea who was doing these translations but they killed me every time.

Jen, I've seen some pretty funny Chinese into English translations.

Brain, that was the Jedward video I watched! It was kind of entertaining in an "are you serious?" way. My kids still insist that it's Justin "Beaver" and not "Bieber." At least we can lay blame on the Canadians for that one as he's not from the U.S. originally.
