Good Morning SR -

Today marks 99 days of complete sobriety for me. The longest stretch that I have had sense I was 16 years old (36 now) - The positive changes in my life are hard to even count. I am so much healthier, I sleep so much better, I actually pay attention to what I put in my body, I can actually feel the difference when I eat healthy, I have ben working out almost everyday and just look and feel soooo much better. My wife likes me again - I even think my dog likes me more.. work is going better and I no longer dread my job. (it was always me)

Most importantly - I like me again. I love the feeling that sobriety gives us.. it is the ultimate high!

I am a believer in AA - I do have a sponsor - however I do not think that it is the only way.. it works for me and I like social parts of the program.

I hope that I can remain strong and I know that I need to remain steady with meetings and readings here on SR.
