Great stuff.

I sense a high EQ for me. But there is a connection between these sorts of things and adult children of alcoholics. Many of the traits overlap.

Based on the way you express yourself, I would agree with your self assessment Weasel. Interesting to hear the correlation.

For me EQ is a work in progress since becoming sober. Thankfully I just had my third birthday, so I'm now out of my 'terrible twos'

I've learned a lot from folks here on SR...

Thanks for posting this, soberwolf. I'm strong in a few and weak in the others. It was interesting to see. I know my recovery program is an important tool to help me with my emotional intelligence/ emotional sobriety.

PS - I loved the explanation on your SR name.
