Back again!
A couple of years ago i slipped and fell back deep into a bottle that I couldn't climb out of. I didn't try as hard as I could of to be honest. A New year, new determination and the need to get healthier have allowed me be to become strong enough of mind to get sober again. 23 days today. Just at the stage where i am starting to sleep ok at night without the anaesthetic effects of alcohol. Feeling quite good really!
Good to see some old names i still recognise here still doing well in recovery.
