Hello,
My name is Lauraine.
Many, many years ago, I was a member of Al-Anon for twelve years an had a sponsor. I also chaired an Alateen group for a little while.
With time, I stopped going to Al Anon meetings. Always kept reading my daily Al-Anon book though and have never ever forgotten all I have learned in Al Anon.
But here i am tonight, at 56 years old, knowing i truly need Al Anon back in my life. Al Anon has helped me tremendously in the past to enjoy my life, to love myself and to grow emotionally. I need Al Anon.
