One thing that helps me stay sober is inspiring stories of sober lives.
This is a fantastic video of one such life.
I am a surfer, so this one captivates me.... but even if you've never surfed.... give yourself the 27 minute gift of watching this film, and look carefully for the simple truths of the freedom, beauty and joy of sobriety.
They are represented in this piece through one man's journey and surfing.... but they are all of ours to have when we embrace a sober life.

I can't watch the video as I'm at work but I'll definitely have a look when I get home.
I just wanted you to know I thought your writing yesterday which I've called "The Bubble" was amazing, I've typed it out today at work and printed on a dark starry background, it's going in my recovery journal, hope you don't mind ; )))
