Yep, I have done it this long ! If you don't believe you can do it you can! Against all odds... I have never thought id be able to quit (unless pregnant ) I am.happy to say I am. I can't say did as it is a daily battle to not drink but I have to admitt the cravings are nearly gone. Only when I find myself stressed out to the Max I think of having a drink. But of course I don't act on it.
