Nobody on the chat?
Wanted to talk to somebody and nobody was there.
I need help and advice.
My "last" binge/blowout has gone wrong. Who would of thought? It's not what I expected.
I feel so ill. I hope I haven't overdone it.

I have to accept they need to end.
I shouldn't post here whilst drinking. Sorry.
I will reply when sober.
how about pouring out any booze you have left, switching to water and getting started on ending this binge right now?
The chat room needs Java

if you're using Google Chrome, it doesn't like Java - you'll probably have to try another browser.

I'm still here. Feeling much better now. I made it through.
It's evening where I am and I'm sober for once.
That was a bad one. I can't wait to feel completely sober tomorrow morning. A weekend not drunk ? What will I accomplish ?
Thanks for the replies.
BTW chat works just fine on an android phone .x

If you accomplish 2 days of sobriety, that will be plenty.
Often we're surprised to find that those first days / weeks sober are quite unproductive because we get a little 'washing machine' head / fuzziness, which makes things hard to process.
One thing well worth doing, I think, would be to do a (private if you wish, or on here) list of reasons you want to be sober. That way, when urges to drink kick in, and your Alcoholic Voice is whispering sweet deceit in your ear, you can re-read your list and remind yourself that alcohol is NOT the answer.
Also, it would be worthwhile to go online and check out and services or meetings in your area that are available to you. (AA / Smart / any others / maybe even the Samaritans - some people have had some very low moments, me included) Even if you don't want to use them; write the details down just in case you need them. Maybe even put them on your mobile phone address book. Those numbers could save you in the future.
Apart from that, just be wary of the HALT triggers (Hunger, Anger, Loneliness, and being Tired) and try your best to avoid these. Letting blood sugar drop will make things tougher, so try to eat little and often to keep it up, even if you don't 'feel' hungry (too much sugary stuff can be counter-productive as the sugar highs and crashes can send your emotions all over the place).
And post on here. Questions, responses, whatever. There are always people on here, and we'll be rooting for you.
