Out of the Mouths of Babes
When approached by an off-duty police officer who had observed her erratic driving, 25-year-old Audrey B. McColm was asked if she had been drinking.
McColm denied that suggestion, according to an Indiana Randolph County Sheriff's Department report, but a 7-year-old child who had been riding in her vehicle had an opposing viewpoint.
"Yes, you have, Mom," the youngster said.

Prayers for much support and love to surround this child.
Parental drinking and blame can bring much havoc into childhood. May there be others who are able to step up and show up for this child if the parents aren't able to.
Prayers for the mother, also, and other family members. May they find strength, health and healing.
This may be a headline blurb and sound like a cute antidote, yet it's been reality for many here. Telling the truth isn't often well supported in homes where drinking is a problem.
