Done with Day Three
So, I'm officially detoxed. 
All is good. Had a brief craving today and got so mad at myself, I sent myself to bed for nap.
It worked. Last night I did not sleep well and felt better after some brief shut-eye.
Tonight I took an over-the-counter sleep aid because it would be helpful to feel rested tomorrow. We have a busy day with fun things planned.
I hope everyone has a great weekend.
