Great job making that decision to not take that first drink today no matter what. Keep doing that one day at a time and you'll be amazed at the results!

Thanks all, I am amazed at the results already! I know there's going to be some hard days to come but this 7 days of tapering Librium (I've even forgot to take one so not craving it) has kept me calm, relaxed, no anxiety, agitation, sweating, I cannot recommend a surgery supervised detox enough.

It's like being given a way out of your hell hole on a golden platter!!!
