Today is 365 days since I decided to stop. To be completely honest, there have been seven separate days in the past year when I broke my promise to myself and smoked when I went outside. I also bought alcohol on all those occassions because I'm in an alcoholic and that's why I came to this forum in the first place.

Anyway, this has been a massive thing for me to deal with the smoking. I now find it makes me upset when I see people smoking and I can't stand the smell of it.

Congratulations on almost a year smoke free. I'm sure you wish you hadn't slipped but all those days smoke free could not have been easy. Hopefully next year is 100% smoke free!
