Day31

I really can't believe I'm here. I have passed 30 days. And wow... I feel very invigorated. I feel very powerful - more powerful than I've felt for a very long time.

A very brief and quick health background.

December last year, before I quit drinking, my liver ALT level was 187. (normal range is 5-49).

For six months, I struggled with quitting alcohol. I binged, cut back, binged, cut back...etc. Between this time I quit hard liquor and stuck to only beer.

My ALT dropped down to 136 by June. But that's still ridiculously high. And a few weeks after this blood work, I was diagnosed with alcoholic fatty liver disease.

Only July 13th I had my last drink. Today is day 31 because last month had 31 days, not 30

So I redid my blood work yesterday. And I got the call this morning. My ALT has dropped down to 78. And my AST level is NORMAL.

The feeling right now? I am through the roof. My liver repaired itself and is still continuing it's repair. I expect my levels to be 100% normal in just a few more weeks.

Anyway. I love you guys
