yea am ok ...going to an AA meeting soon on my own seen my therapist and she told me to try the buses on the same day every week go on my own and come back on my own and ill get use to them more .
looks like ill be seeing her again

am sitting here with a nice mug of coffee online and i feel good

how are you both ?

Im ok Crow i spoke to my therapist today too setting goals and such
