first of all , sorry if this dont make sense
i take medication for my mental health
took them last night this morning when i woke up i had a headache so i took 2 pain killers
i feeling very out of its i feel like am stoned but i havent taken anything part from the painkillers and my med last night

dont like this feeling

If you're still feeling weird, call someone to sit with you and get medical advice

still feeling like am stoned its could be tiredness and the fact i got up so early but av normally gotten up at an early time and i didnt feel like that yesterday

I ate a banana for breakfast and some yogurt just in case my sugar was low or something had a coffee as well
got to go food shopping today only problem i have about food shopping is the juice is faces the alcohol in the drink part of the shop
ill let my husband get the juice today

my husband says its most like because i got up too early and the fact my meds side effect are sedatives ( witch i forgot )
Am ok now my husband told me not to get up too early especially when i had to take more of my meds because i had a bad night ( under drs orders )

So the plan for today is to get there food shopping , go to the LGBT group then An AA meeting then take out
