I think after drinking, you need to get used to feeling again. When we drink we mute everything, and have to get used to feeling again, try and embrace it, the good and bad!
And 3 days is amazing...no one got to day 4, 5, 10, 100, 1000 without first tackling day 3!

Because there is a lot of realization and change going on in your head and heart still. Who wouldn't feel horrible and sad about what you are going through. It took a little longer than a few days for me for things to start to fall in place. Keep pushing through. And don't push the feelings away. That's what we did with alcohol and t doesn't get us anywhere. It's certainly unpleasant to feel that way but feeling it is the only way through.
