Rehab/Treatment Centre completed.
Hi all,
I posted two weeks in. I've now been home for 4 days and just adjusting. AA tomorrow night and that will be a date month sober.
For anyone else struggling, I just want to say, have faith. It's a day at a time not forever. Much easier to look at it that way.
I feel so much more alert and healthy. I have I finally realised that what seemed like the solution was actually becoming the big, big problem.

snowvelvet, congrats on completing rehab! Couldn't agree more about keeping it simple one day at a time.
