20 days in a few hours
Hello,
Well I am almost at the 20 day mark, and felling really good about it. I just got home from my daughter's final performance of her current show, and she was amazing. Tomorrow it is off to playoffs for indoor soccer. I am very blessed to have three amazing kids, and a great husband.
My husband and I went to dinner with our other two kiddos before the show, he ordered a berm and I ordered diet pepsi, and a water. I found myself being nosy and looking around at other tables and it seemed like a 50/50 split of people with alcoholic drinks. I am so used to having wine when I go out to dinner, it seemed like everyone was. Tonight I can proudly say I was in the non-drinker 50%, and then I got to watch my daughter nail it on stage.

Congrats.. Well done Delilah for 20 days.. Not so many days for me.. But I had a sober dinner with my family after many many months and it felt so nice. We went to a place where no alcoholic drinks were served but the food was great..With grace of God and support from all of you, I did not miss wine at all .. In fact , the food tasted so well and I could really enjoy full 3 course meal.. Thank you all SR members..

Thanks all, I love how supportive this community is!! I just started reading Kick the Drink it was recommended by a few people on here, I like it so far. Hope you all have a fantastic Sunday!!!
