I feel doooooowwwwwnnn

I feel so down. Just want to lay in bed and do nothing.

And I need to read some stuff to prepare for a job interview tomorrow. And do some writing. And prepare plans to deal with banks to the upcoming week.

And I don't know where to get power to do all this.

Please, help me to get back to life...somehow...

Can you try making a short list of what absolutely has to be done by tomorrow? Can you curl up in be with the things you need to prepare for the interview? Make it your own little private retreat? I know it sounds easier than done.

Like Delilah......says prioritize......I'd focus on the interview.....writing.....can you record yourself? Actually now that I think about it...there is a software that you talk to and it types.....dragon something.....the bank will always be there....they aren't going anywhere.

MB- It always helps me to list out things to do to help myself feel better. Sometimes, I keep the list pretty basic like get up, take a shower, get dressed, have something to eat, drink some water, take a short walk, etc. Then I start to feel a little better and have a little momentum to tackle other things.

It can also help to break tasks into little chunks and reward yourself with a break at the end of each. Tell yourself that if you do just 20 minutes of one of your tasks that you can have a 15 minute break just to relax and surf the internet or something like that. Sometimes when I do that, I find that after 20 minutes I am willing to keep going on a task that I initially didn't want to do at all but just getting started can be the hard part.

I guess you could leave the 'dealing with the banks' bit until after your interview as that would change if you get the job.

Good luck MB
