Woke up hammered....
After a 20 mile cycle interspersed with five one-mile sprints, this morning I rose feeling sore and somewhat pummeled.
But oh what a fantastic hammered feeling it is.
Almost a year and a half ago I was waking up hammered in a very different way. So many of those awful mornings....
But today, today it's a read a book morning, it's coffee by the lake, it's off to the gym and then mushroom hunting in the woods with my lady.
Today it's living Life instead of dreading it.
