For several months, been sober....noticing the difference- a positive one!
Ive picked up a new hobby that I love (as I have time to do that at night - since I left behind my drinking hobby)
The last few weeks - on and off been buying beers.."Its ok" I got this" you know ....warm weather and all.... ALWAYS an EXCUSE.. (uh huh- not so much)
And I know better....yesterday woke up felt sick all day.
Im here to come clean, be honest and get up and get going sober again.
Here I go again sr family

What changes are you going to make to your plan?

For me I needed to tweak things if the plan wasn't working, my biggest downfall in convincing myself I could drink again was isolation, alone my mind could convince me to do anything, but daily support would continually give me a second opinion on things, keep me focused on the task at hand!!
