Day 1

I have come back. Day 1.

I have failed at many things in life. Currently I am failing at being sober, being happy, being a good mum and most importantly i am failing at life.

Today i have a list of things i need to do.
1. Throw out all the alcohol bottles
2. Clean the kitchen
3. Write my university assignment
4. Be a good mum.
5. NOT DRINK

Well Ento, time to get back on the bicycle. I like no 5. Take it one day at a time. Make sure you do no 1 now.

You can do it Ento. Don't drink and you can get all of your list done. Drink and who the heck knows if you will even remember that you wrote a list.

It's good to have you back! Have you sought help at staying sober, such as AA meetings or therapy? It's time to get off the crazy train!

Welcome back Ento. Don't ever give up on yourself.

Make sure you accomplish #5 and everything else will fall into place. With that being said, better get to #1 which will help with #5.

You can do this. Lean on us here as much as you need.

Welcome back Ento. I would move Don't Drink to #1 and start your list with it every day. Other than that, looks like a great plan for the day. You can do it.

Sounds like a good list..and I agree, move "don't drink" up to number one. Doing that will help solve a lot of the other problems by default.

Picked up my desire chip yesterday so I guess this is day two. Didn't sleep a wink last night but oh well, I guess that is to be expected.

Tomorrow is day 8. I am getting ready for bed. I have tried this sobriety thing a few times. I know i can do the early days. My issue is when av sneaks in a few weeks down the track. I am focusing on not giving in and just living day by day be that now or when av pipes up.
