Hi and welcome Jon.
Did you stop going to meetings because you felt you are all better or for other reasons?
At times, after a lot of years attending meetings, my thinking gets twisted then I realize I need more meetings to remain sober in mind and emotion.

I did not "graduate" from AA, like a paper signer or someone. I did not survive the funnel. One time, I was in and out of AA for 5 months, and then I went out for 10 years. I've heard meeting makers make it . I actually think my home group got sick , and that I need to come up with a resentment , and then start my own meeting .

Yay , thanks ! I have tried online sobriety chatrooms like aaonline.net and aa-alive.net . I did not stick with them. I think the novelty wore off. I basically got called a troll in those chatrooms, and would get booted. Plus, there were so many alcoholics from outside the US. If they don't speak English, good luck to them in their sobriety.

Not sure what this means...........but regardless - keep posting. SR is a great place with some good people. Much like AA it's many different types of folks.
