While doing some introspection and browsing the web to gain outside perspectives on my own personal issues, I came across this article. The title is what initially drew me in because it is very relevant to where I am in my life right now, however I felt like it is also very relevant to sobriety. Thought I'd pass it along in hopes that it would be of help to someone here who also needs to read it...

I hadn't heard of that. I just Googled it and found a PsychCentral article that talked about it and WOW! Spot on! Thanks for sharing. I'll definitely be looking into that more as I can totally relate.
