Step 11 is GOD when I use it as a Guider Of Decisions
(page 87)
As we go through the day we pause, when agitated or doubtful, and ask for the right thought or action.

The 11th step is meditation and reflection for me. I can reflect throughout the day but not meditate. I have to admit that I have been slacking on my meditation but have had powerful experiences when I put a lot of work into it. I would have vivid dreams and uncover memories. It was as if meditating cleared my mind.
