Made it!
The meeting was brutal but I sipped my special coffee and remained silent (interesting how when you are silent you often find others step in to say things, often even what you would say yourself). I do think I said "not my monkey, not my circus" to myself at least 88 times.

Safely home about to enjoy my ice cream and watch the finale of master chef junior (shhh don't tell me how it ends). I have a ridiculous addiction to cooking shows. I suppose there are worse things. Actually, I know there are.

We have a lot of monkeys at work, ruby. (I will pass over in silence the other animals).
