You will find lot's of support here. For many of us, the only way to end the constant physical and emotional suffering was to finally break the cycle of addiction.

Welcome to SR Denise. Like the others have said, you will find a ton of support here.
Fighting this addiction isn't easy, but as long as you make the decision to quit for yourself, have a solid plan and use any tools available to you, a better life is yours starting today!
