today and always
Today is my day 7. i have been reading alot this week, trying to make sense of everything. i feel fortunate to have this site to help as I havent found out which avenue to take for help yet. i feel pretty good. i have been kind of "droopy" this week. Luckily I am on a work break this week so I am trying to relax a bit. i have had many urges but i am just so thankful that my husband is sticking around and my family is available for me. i am truly blessed when it comes to family. Anyways, I am loving the advice and I am sober today. I plan to stay sober always.

I went to a detox clinic they gave me Valium for the 10 days detox worked great!! Now on Campral great anti cravings drug really helps me not crave physically, emotionally is different
