I don't really know how to use this forum?
Welcome, glad you're here!!
Think of SR as an interactive bulletin board. When you post a question or thought you'll get responses from people across the globe. Take what works for you......
I found simply starting at the main menu and checking out different threads and posts within those threads got some footing under me. It's very boutique oriented as well as general. In other words there are threads (individual bulletin boards) about many topics that may be of interest to you.
The newcomer area is prefect - you can't go wrong posting here
Consider checking out the 24 hr thread where many choose to commit daily to sobriety

Look around - glad you're here~!

Hi and welcome.
On joining the forum I posted about me and my concerns here. Somewhere in this section is a post for those who joined this month. In the next section down is a post where you can state you intend to stay sober for 24 hours.
Those are the main ones I post in. In addition I read other peoples messages to see if I can learn anything or offer support .
If you do post and it's in the wrong place a moderator will just pop it to the right place. Just pitch in and you'll soon feel at home x

the site can be overwhelming, especially if you've never really navigated around a forum before! I've been on since May 2014 and there's still a ton of *areas* I haven't even found/explored. Spend some time when you can and just peruse around.
