120 Days Sober
Hey everyone, happy Monday!

Well I wasn't sure I'd make it this far back in mid-October, but here I am 120 days into sobriety! It's been an interesting trip, full of painful lows, some sense of normalcy and the occasional emotional high. I'm happy that now the ups and downs are more muted and I'm much less anxious...basically having to learn how to live a normal, alcohol free life.

For everyone starting their journey into sobriety, hang in there and stay tough. There are dark times for sure but things get better. And also lean on SR, it has been a blessing for me.

Hey Plure, congrats on 120 days! I'm just over 60 days and slowly getting comfortable in my sober skin. Keep up the good work!
