A better day 2 over
Got through last Tuesday and Wednesday ok but fell over Thursday big style. Cleaned out Friday and restarted Saturday with a better plan, which has worked so far. So its now Sunday evening and tho tired don't feel too bad, infact feel ok. As always thanks to this place for helping. I know that my issue is a combination of addiction and habit, one feeding the other, changing habits and repeated patterns is a big part of moving forward for me. I know, its obvious and I know its not that simple but I've got to start somewhere.
