In "the home-stretch"
A little under 1 month til' 1 year sober 
What a ride it's been, for those who are new or are wondering about if symptoms get better or start to ease, relax - they do.
I went from life-threatening insomnia/no sleep for the first 2 weeks..... to sporadic 4-5 sleep hour nights..... to 5-6 hours w/ an odd 8 hour night for a couple months...... to 6-7 hours of sleep...... to the last couple months when it seems to have finally started to stabilize at 7-8 hours sleep most nights.
Anyways, just felt like popping in really quick, this place has taught me a lot. If i had known about all of this stuff before things progressed to where they did, chances are good i would've never ended up on a site like this...... oh well, i guess there's no point in crying over spilled milk.
i'm excited about the new year, i have a number of goals i am working on.
I'm hoping it's "Green in 15" if you know what i mean
