day three and a self test

Long hard day at work. Got home to the family, wife wasn't home from work yet. Got the kids cleaned up (as well as a 13 and 14 year old boy can get cleaned up on their own).
Told wife it was time to go to my favorite Mexican rest.
She thought the game was already over, I cant eat at this place without 2 large dos eques with my nachos.
To here amazement I have sweet tea with my shrimp salad.
Patting myself on the back. Im proud of this evening.
We joked on the way home, that we have been eating there for years and this is the first time I have ever driven us home!!!!
I have been eating a lot better and much more into my work. I look at things different.
A side note, my fat self has lost seven pounds since Saturday.
So yes that extra two thousand calories do effect you!!!!
Nothing but love for all here.
If I get to sleep tonight, this will of been a perfect day!
Man my outlook has really changed in three days. I have goals now!!!

Good for you man! Things start looking different pretty quick if you let them huh? I am positive the kids, and the wife really appreciate having you around again.

The calories do add up. Wait until that "tool shed" you have been working on really starts to go away. You're in TN so I assume you know what that means

Can't believe you ate shrimp salad though, nasty! I kid lol

I didn't know that was universal lol. I got another saying, but it is a little less appropriate.
