2 weeks
My last drink was 1/2/14. That was also the day I smoked my last cigarette. I'm feeling pretty good. I wasn't a heavy drinker or smoker but had the potential to be. I'm doing this for my kids, my health and my husband, who is going through detox currently. It's a long road we are journeying, but it will be worth it.
