Hey everyone, just wanted to chime in and say that today is my 90 day sobriety date. It's been a tough time since I quit drinking (bad insomnia, distracting anxiety, depression, dizziness, weak legs at times), which ultimately required my to get on to some meds. However, as I sit here today, things are way better than when I first stopped and of course things are way WAY better than when I was drinking myself away.

SR has been a Godsend with everyone's compassion and understanding; you all are awesome.

Also, I've been involved in both AA and an intensive outpatient program for substance abuse and it's been sources of strength.

Happy to be alive and feel like I have a new lease on life!
