Just Hit 7 Full Days at 553
Longest I have gone in a long long time - probably since high school (I am 39). Cravings for alcohol are the strongest today of the whole 7 days. Yesterday I did not have any at all. Strange roller coaster ride of emotions and physical issues this week.
Never going back again. This has been too much to ever face it again.

Congratulations!
I'd like to second CarolD's suggestion of watching your caffeine intake. I'm recovering from a relapse partially brought on by drinking too much coffee at night. I woke up feeling jittery and dehydrated (much like I would after a night of drinking) and my mind kicked into alcohol mode. I wound up auto-piloting to a corner store and watching in horror as I purchased a four-pack. It was not a glamorous way to relapse.
