It's day 8 and you can get through it, Toni.

It will get easier before too long. Do you have something to do this evening? Or maybe some chocolate or ice-cream?

Ride this wave through, toni; it will pass; it is a craving - it won't last forever.

Close your eyes. Breathe in, hold it, breathe out. Keep repeating this, toni. Do it over and over. Take a warm bath; go to bed early. It will feel so great to wake up tomorrow morning without a hangover.

Re-read through your old posts of the last month. You are always miserable after you drink. It will be no different if you drink tonight. So ride the cravings through. You won't regret not drinking in the morning.
