What have you accomplished without alcohol?
Planted an apple tree, roses and hellebores in my garden
Started yoga and am getting better at it
Sketched out a writing project
Started to learn how to deal with emotional things without self-medicating

Oh gosh the list is endless: but basically what FreeOWL said to a Tee.
spending time with family
making it to scheduled events/gatherings
having three meals a day (as simple as it sounds)
gym
reading
being a better fur baby mama
being able to smile and hate myself less and less as the days go by (self esteem)
being better for a job
Honestly I could go on and on. When alcohol's in the mix EVERY SINGLE THING falls to the way side. I survive moment by moment...Now sober I am LIVING!

Helped out people when they asked for help.
Became a decent husband for my new and much-loved wife.
As grow path said, started to eat properly every day.
Gave up smoking properly and FINALLY.
That's just today.

Alcohol pretty much was my life before, I did only the absolute minimum possible to allow maximum drinking time. That included my work, my family life and my health. So I guess I couldn't pinpoint a single thing, everything I have accomplished is better since I quit.
What have you accomplished without alcohol?

For the first time since I was about 16 I am actually living my life. I am progressing as a better person. I care about my body. I look muscular and healthy. My skin looks healthy. Mentally I feel the healthiest I've ever been. I work a job and I've never done that before. I repay student loans. I have a bank account and I'm in the process of gaining my driving privileges back. I have accomplished a lot being sober...and nothing being drunk.
