I'm not sure who offered the idea of matching their AV with a visual reminder. But it hit home for me when I read it over a week ago and finally found a character that hit the nail on the head! Next time Veruca pipes up, I'll tell her to CAN IT, smile in my new sobriety, and be thankful for the SR friend that offered this tip.
