Cannot believe the strength I had today.
Had a terrible day since waking up and was to the point I was shaking as I wanted a drink So badly. Worst thing was I had to go to the supermarket as we had run out of bread and stock cubes for tea.
I nearly caved I even walked down the aisle as I was walking to the checkout but I stood strong and looked straight ahead and paid for my shopping.
Even my husband couldn't believe I didn't get anything.
I'm so glad I didn't cave.
Yay me!!!!!
Still craving quiet badly but I'm sure my toffee tart will curb that soon xxxx
