I am happy to report that I am at 15 days. I made it two whole weekends!!! I thought to myself, how sad. All the wasted time over the last 20 years I spent drinking, socially or binge. I have had two fantastic weekends with my wife and kids. Saturday My 6 year old caught his first fish...all by himself, with his best friend. I was so proud of him. I was able to enjoy it without a hangover or thinking, "hope we can get back soon so I can get a drink."

I am so mad at myself for all the time I wasted not being my best, not enjoying my life without a haze. Not going to beat myself up. For all you Frozen fans, "I am not looking back the past is in the past...Let it go!" (Sorry, did I mention I have a 4 year old daughter too?)

I hope everyone has a fantastic week, with their goals in view. Bless you all with strength in the fight. I am praying for everyone here!

A car has a rearview mirror, but we don't look at it when driving straight down the road!
If I regret the past and fear the future, I lose TODAY!

That Today is the only certain reality. Yesterday is gone and tomorrow may not happen.
Focus for today only and hug your kids!!
